RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Each of our pieces is carefully handcrafted in Vienna and made to order, produced only after the order is confirmed through payment. This approach ensures a sustainable and thoughtful process, allowing us to maintain the highest standards of quality in every design.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return one or more items within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be new, unused, in their original packaging, and include all accompanying documentation. If these conditions are not met, or if the products are found to be used or damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the return. In such cases, you will be informed and asked to collect the items.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the return is approved, the refund will be issued using the original payment method within 14 working days.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will take full responsibility for the return. The item will be repaired or replaced free of charge, and all return shipping costs for defective products will be covered by us.

Our 14 day return and exchange policy does not apply, custom made furniture, or special orders. These items cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or returned. We strongly recommend double checking product dimensions. Please contact us at info@endlessflat.studio within 3 days of receiving your order.

Cancellation Policy

Within 48 hours of payment
You can cancel your order within 48 hours of payment confirmation and receive a full refund.

Between 48 hours and 7 days of payment
If you request a cancellation after 48 hours but within 7 days of payment, a 50% refund will be issued. This is due to the costs already incurred as production has begun.

After 7 days of payment
Orders cannot be canceled after 7 days from payment, as production will be well underway or completed, and no refunds can be issued.

SHIPPING

All our objects is made to order and requires a lead time of 2 to 5 weeks, depending on the item. Once your order and payment details have been confirmed, we will proceed with shipping.

Shipping is free within Europe. For destinations outside Europe, shipping costs are capped at a maximum of €50. You can view the shipping cost for your country at checkout before completing your payment.

We ship worldwide. For orders outside the EU, any customs duties, or import fees associated with the product are the responsibility of the customer. As our objects are designed using lightweight structural principles, shipping costs outside Europe remain comparatively low.

PAYMENT

We accept the following payment methods: Bank Transfer, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and Klarna.

  • Bank Transfer: You may contact us by email to receive an invoice. Once the transfer is completed, your order will be shipped and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • PayPal: Allows secure payment using your PayPal account or credit card. You will be redirected to PayPal to complete your order.

  • Visa & MasterCard: Secure payments via credit card are available at checkout.

  • Klarna: Offers flexible payment options, allowing you to pay now or later depending on your preference and Klarna’s conditions.
