Cloud Table Lamp
A piece of cloud in the sky catches your eye, and the moment you see it, you’re compelled to bring it home. This table lamp is designed exactly with that feeling in mind, capturing the soft, inviting presence of a cloud in a space.
Part of the Serpentine Collection, the lamp shades are handcrafted by Müge Du using ancient techniques combined with her own developed methods, while the stainless steel base, bent into shape by hand, is crafted by Stephan Sammer at Endless Flat Studio.

The lampshade is handmade from Japanese Kozo paper and supported by a natural rattan structure. Its joints are crafted with stainless steel beads and 100% linen thread. The lamp base and all structural components are made from high-quality stainless steel.

Each lamp may vary slightly in size, due to the fact that it is a handmade object.

The object is designed with a lightweight, modular structure and weighs 1.5 kg including its box, allowing for easy handling. You can see the packaging process below.

The lamp features a G9 socket. It comes with a transparent flat 2-core PVC/FEP cable, finished with a white switch and plug. The lamp is not compatible with dimmer switches.

All illumination components are pre-assembled by an Italian company.

To protect the handmade materials, we suggest avoiding any liquid cleaners. A soft microfiber cloth or a dry paintbrush is ideal for gently removing dust without damaging the surface.
Each lamp is individually handmade to order, making every piece one of a kind. Due to the nature of handcrafted work, imperfections may occur. We believe these subtle differences bring soul and uniqueness to each piece, reflecting the character of true craftsmanship.

It rises from its base in a fluid, continuous form, with a sculptural body that flows seamlessly into the lampshade. Defined curves and reliefs extend upward, creating a sense of constant, organic movement from base to light.
